Music personality Raoul Juneja, also known as Deejay Ra, will be presenting four hot new music videos from  RDB and Nindy Kaur, The Bilz and Kashif, Deesha, and Blitzkrieg at this year's FILMI Film Festival in Toronto.  Lets check out what they had to say here.
Nindy Kaur said, "I enjoyed shooting this video ["Akhiyan"] so much because it's just not your typical styled video. Yes there were long days when I was too tired but it's worth it when we watch the video back. The director, Umar Syed, did a great job as well as the whole team on set. I hope all my fans like the video as much as I do. I'm so happy that FILMI picked up this video to premier at their festival.
Talking about the same video, the RDB brothers say, "This is the first of many videos we will be blasting out to our fans. We've been very low key with our album so far but it's complete now and the videos are complete too. Look out because RDB is back with a tsunami of videos ...lol this is just the first official Nindy Kaur video featuring RDB, pure filmatic video with a great story line, it just fits perfect for FILMI to premiere. Nindy is the diamond addition to RDB and we trust she will shine just like one."
The Bilz and Kashif's next video, they will be showcasing a slower number off of their album Breaking Barriers. "This is the third single, "Tera Nasha," off our brand new album and everyone knows we like to do things different. This is probably the first time we're pre-screening a video before its official release date. With all the time spent on creating a seductive love story video like this, we strongly believe that no one has done something like this before on the Urban Desi scene!
Rising artist Deesha is getting in on the action with a video premiere as well. "We shot this video for the lead single "Obsession" off my forthcoming album 200 Grams," she told Desi Hits. "The song is about a girl that is obsessed with a guy but after being lead on she realizes she no longer needs this guy. We decided to have a little fun with this idea so we came up with the concept of the lead character taking the object of her obsession hostage.  While the song has not yet been released, we decided to premiere the video at FILMI because being Canadian, it felt right to have the debut on home soil with a festival that has been celebrating and honouring cinematic art for so many years."
Blitzkrieg is mashing up his Urban vibes with some Bhangra beats in his debut. "I chose to premiere the "Take Your Picture" video featuring Juggy D and Tigerstyle at the FILMI Film Festival because FILMI has always supported local talent." Blitz added, "Even though I have toured internationally there is no place like home. The theme of the video is an Indian house party from a West End of Toronto point of view (which is where I'm from). I wanted to show the world my personal environment and how house parties were for me growing up. It naturally makes sense to debut this video in the city in which it was shot and inspired by."
